OXNARD, Calif - A 26-year-old man was arrested in Oxnard early Wednesday after he allegedly stole a catering truck, officials said. About 2:35 a.m. an Oxnard police officer responded to a possible vehicle burglary in the 1100 block of Yarnell Place.
