Their bacon pop-up, catering business sizzles

Bacon Co. started as a fun side project tapping Schiff's culinary training and Gaspar's work launching businesses. In January, the business partners began doing pop-ups and catering around town, starting with The Soup Market and Great Lakes Distillery.
